Abstract:

In order to celebrate the International Women’s Day, Xuetao Group prepared all women workers had a travel to Zhouzhuang on March 9th.  In the morning, all women workers gathered at the company and took the bus to “China’s first water town”——Zhouzhuang, under sunshine, ladies visited Shen’s House, Zhang’s House, Ye Chucang’s Former Residence many ancient buildings, they also visited lots of beautiful sceneries like Twin Bridge, Fuan Bridge, Quanfu Temple and Zhouzhuang Museum, etc. During the visit, the chairman of the board, Qian Zhuyun and General Manager’s assistan, Tang Xiaoyu took every beautiful moment for ladies which leave deep impression in their minds.

 

Through the travel reflected Xuetao Group’s care to employees, it also enriched their cultural life, strengthened communication between employees and improve staffs’ team cohesion.
