At the beginning of the year, one set of IH·AMP5000/PRD3000-II type In-door Asphalt Mixing Plant was well installed in Shanghai. Ancillary facilities, such as environmental protection devices and workshops have been completed one after another. Now, it reached a normal production state. In addition to the unique features of environmental protection and energy-saving, this plant is an entirety design of asphalt plant with RAP. What’s more, the RAP adopts newly designed two-part double lifting and feeding reclaimed material. It can make the coarse material and the fine material enter the dryer drum separately. In this case, it can reduce the adhesive of the lifting plates in dryer drum and avoid fire due to the fine material separately entering the drymer drum far away from the flame while the coarse material cloase to the flame.
