Abstract:

In order to improve operating skills of xuetao asphalt mixing plants, and training practical talents for users, 5 days operating training classes of asphalt mixing plant were held by xuetao group from Jan. 4th -8th in Wuxi, and nearly 30 user companies attended the training.

 

First of all, Mr. Zhang Hua gave warmly speech at the opening ceremony.  During the following days xuetao arranged several qualified engineers giving lessons. The training contents contained not only theoretical knowledge of asphalt mixing plant, hot recycled mixing plant and heating equipments, etc, but also involved live demonstration, theoretical knowledge examinations and operating test. At last specialists will exam them and offer qualification certificate to eligible.

 

Through the training everyone improved skills and shared experiences. After the training all trainees visited xuetao heavy industry and technical company and also wuxi scenic areas, at last attended dinner together.
