In the afternoon of 11 June, The management leaders of xuetao group and the leaders of workshop visited the workshop of xuetao heavy industry company under the lead of general manager Mr. Zhang Hua. They inspected the site of workshops and then had a meeting.

 

In the workshop, tools placed orderly, the site planned with clear: working area, components and parts area, temporary stacking materials area were divided clearly; the contents on the management bulletin board of each team on site were effective, We could understand the process of the team’s work through the board. The management level of workshop is an important window of the company management level, good workshop management reflects there is a good quality management, and to improve company competitiveness depended on the improvement of quality of employees.
