On Feb. 25th, the supervisor Gao Yaguang and revelant leaders from Wuxi Economic and Information Committee visited Xuetao Group in the afternoon. Together with Xuetao Group’s vice chairman, general manager, Mr. Zhang Hua, visited Xuetao Group’s new application, the remote service system, which is new internet of things applied by Xuetao Group.
At the remote service monitoring center, Miss Gao and other leaders watched how to operate remote service by Xuetao Group’s after-sales service staff and customers from Bazhou, Hebei Province and Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. They gave full affirmation to Xuetao Group’s successfully combined traditional manufacture industry with the internet of things.
Xuetao Group’s remote service system is an independent research and development product invested by Xuetao Group; it is aimed at improving after-sales service. Through the system, Xuetao Group can get connect with customers’ jobsite all over the world via internet, inspect and help customers in time, then through this system help customer users solve equipment problems and recover operation within the shortest time, and now this remote service system had promoted to market successfully.
