Right from the outset of the work season, Wuxi Xue Tao has convened both a 2026 Work Mobilization Meeting and a Special Conference on Production Safety, aligning thinking, clarifying objectives, and assigning clear responsibilities—thus setting the tone and laying a solid foundation for high-quality development in the year ahead.

At the work mobilization meeting, General Manager Zhang Hua provided a comprehensive outlook for 2026 in light of the current macroeconomic environment. The meeting adhered to the overarching principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, squarely addressed the industry’s opportunities and challenges, and underscored the need to transform pressure into momentum. It identified three core priorities: strengthening competitiveness through product innovation, boosting sales efficiency to increase deal-closing rates, and enhancing service quality to build brand reputation.

In addressing the enhancement of corporate management, General Manager Zhang Hua emphasized the need to squarely confront past issues and shortcomings and to undertake comprehensive rectification guided by these problems. Subsequently, the company convened a special meeting on production safety, chaired by Tang Xiaoyu, Deputy General Manager of the Heavy Industry Company, who also outlined the work plan. The meeting emphasized that safety is the prerequisite for development—safety first, and vigilance must be maintained at all times. Tang Xiaoyu urged all production and management personnel to strengthen their safety awareness, strictly adhere to operating procedures, rigorously identify and address potential hazards, ensure that safety responsibilities are firmly assigned at every level, integrate safe production into every stage and link of the entire production process, and steadfastly uphold the safety bottom line to provide solid support for the company’s steady and sustainable development.
