During the training, students systematically learned the principles, operation, and maintenance of asphalt mixing and recycling equipment. Senior engineers from Wuxi Xuetao provided on-site instruction, teaching and resolving doubts.

The assessment not only demonstrated the students' solid professional knowledge and proficient operational skills but also witnessed the effectiveness of Wuxi Xuetao's teaching and research.

Book knowledge alone is insufficient; practical application is essential. On-site, students carefully observed the actual operation process of the integrated indoor asphalt mixing equipment, gaining a more intuitive understanding of the new equipment's intelligence, combining theory with practice.

The past is prologue. Grateful for our time together. On the evening of February 19, 2025, Wuxi Xuetao held a farewell dinner for students from across the country.

Wuxi Xuetao's Vice Chairman and General Manager, Zhang Hua, delivered a speech. He first congratulated the successful completion of the training program and hoped that the students would achieve success, apply what they learned, and become promoters of Xuetao's new technologies and disseminators of new products.

Subsequently, a student representative from Baotou Liangtong Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. spoke, expressing sincere gratitude to Wuxi Xuetao and the instructors of the training program. They shared their learning and experiences during the training and mentioned making many like-minded friends. They intend to apply their newly acquired knowledge to their actual work, continuously improving work efficiency and quality, and contributing to the development of the industry.

       Wuxi Xuetao's union chairman, Huang Zhiming; Vice General Manager, Yang Honggang; and General Manager, Zhang Hua, conducted a prize draw for the students, wishing them good fortune and hoping every encounter brings joy.

On the morning of February 20th, Wuxi Xuetao's carefully planned day trip began. This trip was not only a relaxation from the training but also a chance to strengthen bonds. Everyone released stress amidst the natural scenery and deepened their relationships through exchanges. This wonderful journey will surely become an unforgettable memory for everyone, bringing a fulfilling and joyful conclusion to the Wuxi Xuetao training program.
