Welding Queen——Ms. Qian Zhonghong

Abstract:

On April 20th, Wuxi TV station had an interview of Xuetao’s welder Ms. Qian Zhihong, a woman with the “spirit of craftsman” and work very hard.

 

Ms. Qian was employed as a welder when she is 17, every day she worked with irons, welding rods, etc and this job lasted 32 years, rich experience helped her gained high ability and skills.

 

As a guider at jobsite, Ms. Qian need to do welding jobs as well as guide crane lifting, she was busy installing machines at different jobsite no matter how hard the conditions to a woman.

 

Since 2000, as we expanding overseas market, Ms. Qian became the first woman to go abroad. Every year she worked at jobsite over 200 days, however she never blame the conditions and environments, she always working hard and seeking perfect work., so lots of customers called her “the welding queen” who is skilled than 4 foreign welding man; and her “spirit of craftsman” won everyone’s admire.
