Xuetao Group Held the Forth Session of the Third Workers’ Congress and the 2013 Annual Summary Commendation

Abstract:

On March 1st in the afternoon, the forth session of the third workers’ congress, and the 2013 annual summary commendation conference was held at the conference room. Chairman of the board, Qian Zhuyun, Vice chairman, Tang Jinming, Vice chairman, general manager, Zhang Hua, worker representatives and all employees attended it; deputy general manager Yang Honggang conducted the conference.

 

The conference was divided into two agendas: firstly, general manager Zhang Hua made 2013 annual work report, and chairman of the labor union made labor union work report. The two reports comprehensively and objectively reviewed the annual work of year 2013, which summarized experiences and figured out disadvantages, they also analyzed current situation as well as opportunities, and then deployed new tasks for 2014.

 

After the reports, Xuetao Group commended “Advanced Team”, “Advanced Department”, “Advanced Project” and “Advanced Worker”, some advanced representatives made excellent speeches at the conference. 

 

The next session all representatives discussed and reviewed the reports, after seriously and carefully reviewed the reports, these representatives considered they were pragmatic and feasible. At last, they discussed all 27 proposals raised by workers one by one and explained them after discussion..

 

At the end of the conference, the chairmen of the board, Qian Zhuyun gave his full affirmation to these achievements achieved in 2013, and then talked about how to improve company operation quality and take care of employees. Mr. Qian hopes workers who smoking could reduce smoking to keep body health, try to accept new tasks with strong bodies.

 

The new target task proposed at the conference inspired all staffs to work more actively and full of passions, try their best efforts to build a brighter future together.
